Bal Raju
Bal Raju is the Co-Founder and Executive Partner of RSIPM, a boutique advisory and project management consultancy delivering complex and mega-scale programmes across the GCC, Europe, and emerging markets.
Through RSIPM, he has led major engagements in Aviation, Rail, Energy, and Real Estate, along with master planning, infrastructure advisory, and national digital transformation projects. He also advises public and private organizations on governance, procurement, risk, and programme delivery.
Before founding RSIPM, Bal delivered some of the world's most iconic infrastructure projects—including the NEOM, Riyadh Metro, Dulles Metro, and Khalifa Port. In roles such as Executive Program Manager and Project Management Consultant across PMC, EPC, and government-led programmes, this experience gave him deep insight into diverse regulatory environments, stakeholder ecosystems, and delivery models.
Bal's combined RSIPM leadership and mega-project background make him a trusted advisor capable of guiding clients through the full lifecycle of complex, multi-billion-dollar programmes with confidence and precision.
Fuad Sleiman
Before co-founding RSIPM, Fuad built a diverse portfolio of achievements across transportation, healthcare, and regulatory services. His background includes project management roles on the Riyadh Metro, delivery oversight for specialized medical facilities in KSA, and leadership roles in mandatory vehicle inspection and compliance programmes across Lebanon, Bahrain, Egypt, Liberia, and India.
Recognized for his ability to connect the dots across industries, Fuad excels in navigating the regulatory and technical landscape of information technology, AI systems, integration platforms, startup advisory, and software licensing.
His approach blends agility, innovation, and structured governance, making him a trusted advisor for clients seeking transformational, future-ready solutions.
